Holy Ragebait ("the game") is made by an independent developer. This policy explains what data the game uses.
Your progress, best times, death count, character look, settings and the name you type for Duel are stored only on your own device. We do not have an account system and do not collect this data.
When you play Duel, the name you choose, your character look and your in-game position are sent through our server to the other players in your room, only while the room is open. The server does not store this data after the room closes. Do not use your real full name as your player name.
If you choose a name for the World Top 10, your name, your best times per level and a random player ID (created by the game, not linked to your identity) are stored on our server and shown to other players. Names are filtered for offensive words and players can report names; we can remove names and times. Want your data removed? Email us with your player name.
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect and use device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), approximate location based on IP address and ad interaction data to show and measure ads. On iPhone you are asked for permission before your advertising identifier is used for tracking; in the EU/UK you can choose your ad privacy settings in the consent form and later under Settings > Privacy choices. More information: How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
The "Remove ads" purchase is handled completely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment details.
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
